Accounts

You can find all your accounts at the top of the home page.

Here, you can see your account number and balance, send a payment or generate an account statement.

How to open a new account

Please note that you can only use a token or a mobile signature to confirm your account opening application.

  1. On the start page, select New account.
  2. Fill in the application for opening a new account. Select a currency and a tariff. Read the terms and conditions on opening a new account and confirm your agreement on that.
  3. Sign your application with your token or use the mobile signature.

You can check your application status in the Correspondence with the bank section.

Operations with the account

Click an account to see the account info page. It will show you all the details.

You can perform the following operations with the account:

How to select the default account

If the Default account switch is on, the account will appear first in drop-down menus for operations in the account currency. Only one account can be set as default.

How to view the account details

Click an account to see the account info page. It will show you all the details.

You can:

  • Save the account details as a PDF file.
    Click Save as PDF, the file will be automatically downloaded.
  • Email the account details.
    Click Send details, the Account details window will open.

In the opened window:

  • Click Print, the details will be automatically downloaded as a PDF file.
  • Click Copy, the details will be copied to clipboard.
  • Enter an email address and click Send, the details will be sent to the specified email address.

How to change the tariff

You can apply to change the tariff for the selected account.

Please note that you can only use a token or a mobile signature to confirm your application to change the current tariff.

  1. Click Change tariff next to the current tariff name.
  2. In the opened window, select a tariff. Read the information on the tariffs and check the checkbox to confirm your agreement.
  3. Sign the application with your token or use the mobile signature.

You can check your application status in the Correspondence with the bank section, on the Applications tab. While your application is not executed by the Bank, you can revoke it. To do so, open the application and click Revoke.
