Notifications

To view the notifications, click the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

If you have unread notifications, a blue dot will appear next to the bell icon.

This section has three tabs:

  • Personal. Notifications about your activity in the online bank account.
  • Security notifications. Notifications about logins to the online bank account and new IPs used to log in.
  • Due bills. Your bills issued in the One-Stop Service system.

Open the Personal or Security notifications tab. Click a notification to read it.
To mark all the notifications on a tab as read, click Mark all as read.

Managing bills

Open the Due bills tab to manage bills issued in the One-Stop Service system.

To pay a bill:

  • Open the Due bills subtab.
  • Select the required bill.
  • Click Pay.

A standard window for making a payment opens. Check the field values and complete the payment.

Attention! If you specified an account from which to make the payment in the One-Stop Service system, do not change it during payment. Otherwise, the payment may be processed incorrectly.

To print out or save as a PDF file information on any bill in a status other than Due or Revoked, open the required bill and click the corresponding button.
